Blood controller——Mandara

Here is one of my newest character design.
Mandara, the Blood Controller. Throughout her chilhood, she was bullied by others because of her ability and was abandoned by her parents at age 8. Mandela was adopted by a group of scientists after she wandered the streets for 2 years. But only 3 months later, she cruelly killed all the people in the institute that adopted her. She was subsequently arrested and sentenced, but was soon released on bail by a mysterious guy.
Now, Mandara is the most expensive killer in the world. And the mysterious person who bailed her in the past seems to be her strong backing for many years. It is rumored that she is bloodthirsty and aggressive, and her temper is difficult to control. But she can complete the assassination task accurately and perfectly, and enjoy it. There are always blood stains on her white clothes, but no one knows whether blood stains are caused by Mandela's ability, or someone ejected the blood before killed by her.
